4 PILLARS OF SUCCESS

STEM EDUCATION

Promote 21st-century STEM-based education in developing countries through qualified professionals, providing real-world experiences. We expand access to high-quality STEM education to inspire and mentor the future generation of women.

AWARENESS

Broaden young women’s awareness of STEM career paths, increase skills, and encourage a lifelong interest. We are here to create momentum for the development and implementation of national STEM strategies across developing countries.

EMPOWERMENT

We empower young women and help them become confident and to strive for excellence. A bright future starts within.

TECHNOLOGICAL RESOURCES

Provide technological resources, training, and technical support to girls and young women in the developing countries; as we use the active learning model, which incorporates collaborative work, inquiry-based learning, simulation, observation, and practical application to empower those whom we serve.
